Cyndia is a rare find, a shining needle in a haystack who is skillful, got the knack, and someone you’ll hang on to if you’ve ever had the frustrations and misfortune of the dreaded ‘dud’ Real Estate Agent.
Over 5 years, Cyndia handled service and communications with everyone – owner, tenants, trades and strata, efficiently, with good interpersonal skills and a smile. No repairs and maintenance jobs got ‘lost’ in emails and forgotten, wow! She’s also got very good judgement where to spend, and collaborates with a good bunch of trades who sort out the repair and the right quality renovation product. I’ve had big gun companies and small boutique companies as my property managers in the past, a few were very good, some failed miserably. Cyndia sets an industry standard and you should at least call her … she will definitely make your day and show you her difference.

In late 2019 we needed a new property manager desperately and were given a personal reference to Uther & Sun. We were immediately grateful and impressed when they put in an amazing effort to surmount the problems we knew about and the ones we didn\’t. Within a short time circumstances changed and we had two investment units to sell. Based on their performance and their proposals to manage the whole process of selling and renovating the properties, we gave Dee and Cyndia the commission to sell. Then came Covid-19 and, relying completely on their advice, both properties sold in May and will settle in June at prices that surprised and delighted us.
