About Dee
If I wasn’t in real estate, I’d certainly be doing something involving people. I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years and in that time have come across all aspects of the Real Estate world.
I have three passions in life, being a mum, interacting with people and working in real estate. Having grown up in regional NSW, I have an appreciation for country life and feel the excitement of the hustle and bustle city living offers. I have headed up a large property management division under a very successful franchise for 15+ years, and trained and mentored many individuals throughout my career who share the love of everything property with me. I pinch myself regularly at how lucky I am to see so many amazingly designed properties, along with sharing success for my investors with the growth of their portfolios. A proud achievement earlier in my career was being awarded Property Manager of The Year in 2007 and my team, Property Management Team of the Year in 2010.
I have a great knowledge of the local market having worked the Lower North Shore and North Shore market for over 20 years. It’s a dream come true and somewhat ‘living the dream’ to mix my love of property & people under our new and fresh brand Uther + Sun Property. Aiming to assist our clients through every aspect of property transactions, and striving to deliver the service back to our industry placing our clients on top!

I was born and raised in Liaoning, China and immigrated to Sydney in 2006. Living locally with my husband, I love the lifestyle and the convenience that the Sydney and the Lower North Shore offers. It’s dynamic and vibrant and has a wide range of Real Estate to fill my passion for property!
Having purchased a number of investment properties and my own home, I know what has been lacking from some of my own experiences in these transactions. Since joining the Real Estate Industry in 2012, I have been driven to ensure that my clients receive strong attention to detail, clear and efficient communication, and delivery on promises. The process of a sale or purchase is full of emotion and I take pride in helping my clients through every step of this process.
Now as an owner and Director of Uther + Sun Property, my aim is to ensure that all our clients have a refreshingly different experience through their property transactions and one that you want to rave about!
