No Water? Please check in with your neighbours and Sydney Water as it could be they are carrying out work in your street or area.

No Power? Please check your sub board within your property and ensure that all circuit breakers are switched on. If all breakers are on, check with your neighbours and Ausgrid as they could be carrying out work in your street or area.

Urgent Building Repairs? Please check the noticeboard, usually located in the foyer or garage of  your building, for a list of the Executive Committee/Strata Managers’ preferred tradespeople. In the event this list is not displayed and out of hours, please contact the listed Strata Management company.
