Little insight into Dee’s personal life...


Dee was schooled in Tamworth and grew up between her family farm on the Breeza Plains and Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Her real estate passion and interest spans across city living to large scale farm enterprises. Having also extensively travelled, Dee has explored her passion for architecture throughout Europe. Now with her own young family and husband, Dee resides in Killarney Heights.

Dee provides a huge amount of knowledge to her clients due to her 28 years within the real estate industry. Multi award winning throughout her career her accolades include Property Manager of the Year and Property Management Team of the Year. However, her favourite acknowledgment has been the longevity of her client relationships, some spanning over her 28 year career and leading to long term friendships. Dee has mentored and continues to mentor many of the staff that she has coached and trained, providing huge satisfaction seeing great property managers develop and provide investors with great investment management. Continuously furthering her knowledge across the industry and technological advancements, Dee is very interested in being on the front foot in offering her clients information which may affect their investment.

Dee has worked alongside who she considers to be some of the industry leaders, heading up their property management department for 15+ years. Dee has been delighted to have been part of some very large and successful franchise groups over her career. Now having joined forces with her business partner Cyndia Sun, together they are driving their new and fresh business Uther + Sun Property, aiming to put true service and continuity back into real estate and place the client on top!
