A little insight into Cyndia’s personal life…

Cyndia was born and raised in Liaoning, China and immigrated to Sydney in 2006. After successfully finishing her postgraduate degree in Accounting at Macquarie University, Cyndia has settled on the Lower North Shore where she resides with her husband. Sharing a passion for Arts with her husband, who is himself a local artist and also owns his art studio where he teaches and inspires local art enthusiasts, Cyndia loves to draw and paint. She uses this continuously developing creativity in her passion for property renovation and styling for her own investment portfolio as well as her clients properties for both sale and investment.

Extremely self driven and hardworking, Cyndia sought a career change to real estate in 2012 and has soared since! In a short time it became evident that she had found a career that she was passionate about and has been twice awarded Property Manager of the Year for a franchise group. Cyndia very quickly developed a huge following on the Lower North Shore as a leading property manager. Her ‘can do’ attitude and determination to provide top results for her clients sees Cyndia constantly furthering her knowledge through both industry training and the technology sector. With a solid interest in property development and investing in property, Cyndia has become a great source of advice for her clients internationally and locally.

Cyndia has enjoyed working for successful franchises and has fallen more in love with everything real estate! Coupled with her vision to truly supply her clients with real person customer service and solutions, a desire to think outside the box and to go the extra mile, Cyndia was well placed to pursue her new venture.
